I've bought a few items from Proozy, and I've had nothing but good experiences with receiving the items and with the items themselves. The one minor issue occurred when I was notified that my item was delivered, yet it wasn't at my home. I emailed Proozy Friday evening and received a response first thing the following Monday. The email suggested that I allow five business days for a delivery error to correct itself before asking them to take action. I received the item that day, and I found that Proozy had emailed me again to ask to confirm that I had received it. I know that I can buy from Proozy and that any problems will be quickly resolved. Proozy cares about its customers. I used proozy for the first time yesterday upon advice from my daughter who was so happy with them and after ordering spider sweaters I forgot to do the code she gave me I called them the immediately added the code refunded the original price I paid and were very helpful making in todays world they REALLY DID HELP AND CARE amazing company. Very helpful support team that went out of their way to show they appreciate my business. Thank you again! I accidently put down the wrong city and state. My product was sent back to them and they kindly resent it to the correct address. Not a lot of companies go out of their way to help other. So grateful! Proozy is fantastic. You have a good selection of items, great prices and very fast shipping (I just received my order today.) I will be buying from you again. At first I thought this was a scam site because I saw Calvin Klein leggings for 15 dollars v. 49. I ordered them and it did take almost 3 weeks to get here and my tracking number didn't work but...my stuff finally did come and I'm in love with both the price and product. The long shipping time is worth it. It's a real site too On two separate orders, the items (sweatpants) I purchased were apparently not available and replaced with other items I did not want. A total of 3 pairs of sweatpants were different than what I ordered (2 pairs were correct). Furthermore, all three pairs of the wrong items were not enclosed in plastic sealed wrappings as were the two correct items leading me to wonder if I was receiving brand new pants rather than returns from other purchasers. My attempt to return items using their website online form was useless as there was no way to complete the process. Beware, if you purchase from Proozy, you may get whatever they choose to send (and not what you ordered) and rectifying the problem is a challenge to say the least.
